Take Back Your Power
Far too often I watch my loved ones experiencing fatigue, chronic pain, discomfort, and sorting through bottles of medication. Perhaps what’s even more disheartening is that many of these diseases we suffer from (and oftentimes die from) are preventable. I created this page to help myself and others take back some of that power! If we take better care of our bodies today, our bodies are much more likely to be good to us down the road. We owe this to ourselves and our families.
Serving Others
As a professional Ergonomist and Corrective Exercise Specialist, I have spent my days helping 1000s of people eliminate pain and restore function. Through education and hands on interventions, I help clients optimize their health and prevent future risk of injury. I enjoy researching ways to elevate my mind, body, and spirit so that I can live my best life possible. It is my privilege to share this information with you. I hope to empower you with some of the tools necessary to help significantly reduce your risk of suffering down the line while making today much better!
